Pricing and Payment Schedule

The property is priced around the low $600’s and final price depends on what optional extras or if any design changes are made.
Clear land title will be included and there will be a 5% stamp duty payable to Govt and of course legal fees

 

There is a payment schedule available:

$10k non refundable holding deposit
$15% due on signing purchase contract
10% due on completion of foundation
25% due on completion of second floor
25% due on roofing
25% due on completion and final walk through after the punch list.
